Hello Dear Managers: How are you? My name is peter,2007 I graduated from Hunan University of Technology, majored in International Economic and Trade. Bachelor degree. Last five years I worked in many places,such as Shanghai,Zhejiang yiwu and Durban of South Africa. I spent five years to study and practice my English ,and the skill of selling. I got my first job in Shanghai ULI CNC CO.LTD. And worked there three years. First two years in the factory ,last year I was sent to Yiwu to open one shop . In this company I have the opportunity to speak to foreigner in the exhibition of shanghai ,guangzhou.have the opportunity to send email to our customer everyday. I did very well in first three year. Then I want to know more about trading ,I went to a trading company name LEO international. most of the time I lead the customer to find the product what they want in Yiwu market and other place like wenzhou and ningbo.and we also have to make forms after customer place order, follow the factory ,make sure they can deliver the product on time.then we have to arrange the container, contact the ship company. So in the trading company,I learned all the process of trading. last year I have a chance to go to abroad --south africa ,I am very happy, because it is my dream to go abroad, talk to the local people face to face. So I decide to go there.I did very well in South Africa, in the first month I got one big customer, they order about three container of products.value 5 million RMB.but near the time of Christmas ,we met two robbery, they stab me on my back 8. It is very dangerous. After I come back this year, my wife become pregnant, I do not want to go there again. I hope I could go back to Yiwu and work in one company long time. That is me, and it is my story. I think a good trading person should have two kind of ability. First,language --you should love english , and try to learn every day. Because speak english is one basic skill to do business of trading. second ability is to know how to sell you product. To be a sell man ,only know the language is not enough, you should have high of EQ.you should have confidence ,believe yourself , be yourself. You should know your product ,know the industry environment, tell what will happen in the future. Then your customer will be very interesting in what you said, because they can learn from you.
